Programming and Services Clause Samples
Programming and Services. The Operator agrees to provide the ongoing programming consistent with those provided in Exhibit B. The Operator is expected to offer additional programs and services as the Operator deems appropriate to meet the needs of the members. The specific times, classes, or services offered shall be determined solely by the Operator. The Operator may modify regularly offered programs and services as demand by members dictates. Reductions in the number of programs or services provided in Exhibit B must be communicated to the City Manager or his or her designee at least ten (10) days prior to such changes being implemented. The Operator is responsible for all costs associated with the Programs and Services and any supplies necessary.
Programming and Services. The Parties will provide programming and services to elder and student tenants to develop healthy, elder, student and intergenerational community. Programs and services will be developed collaboratively by the staff of both Parties.
Programming and Services. The Parties agree that the list of program and service categories included in Exhibit D is the minimum levels to be offered at the Leased Premises. The Operator is expected to offer additional programs and services as the Operator deems appropriate to meet the needs of the members. The specific times, classes, or services offered to meet the minimums shall be determined by the Operator. The Operator is responsible for all costs associated with the Programs and Services and any supplies necessary.
Programming and Services. The Trust is required to provide a varied and balanced programme of events and activities which seek to meet the needs of as many sections of the community as possible within the framework provided at the Facilities. There are also a number of key services, activities and programmes which the Council is seeking to protect and these are listed in Schedule 1. The Trust requires the agreement of the Council prior to any changes to these services, unless the organiser or partner has agreed to the changes.
Programming and Services. 4.1 Subject to availability from programmers on reasonable terms and conditions and consistent with Grantee’s business plans, Grantee shall provide or enable the provision of at least the following broad categories of Programming, unless otherwise required by state or federal law:
(1) Educational programming;
(2) News & information;
(3) Sports;
(4) General entertainment (including movies);
(5) Children/family-oriented;
(6) Arts; culture and performing arts;
(7) Science/documentary;
(8) Weather information;
(9) Programming addressed to diverse ethnic and minority interests in the Town;
(10) National, state and local government affairs;
(11) Educational access programming;
(12) Governmental access programming; Audio programming (including local radio signals); Program channel guide Two-way interactive programming Internet access; and Interior design/landscape programming (e.g., Home and Garden)
Programming and Services. The Parties agree that Operator shall use its best efforts to offer the list of program and service categories included in Exhibit B at the Leased Premises. It is anticipated that the Operator will offer additional programs and services as the Operator deems appropriate to meet the needs of the members. The specific times, classes, or services offered shall be determined solely by the Operator.
