PROGRAMME DELIVERY. 2.1 The Student shall attend the premises of each of the Academic Parties according to the following timetable (as may be amended by agreement between the Academic Parties from time to time): First year of the Programme at UCL in London, United Kingdom, in accordance with the standard UCL academic calendar Second year of the Programme at the Programme Partner in the location of that Programme Partner, in accordance with the standard academic calendar of that Programme Partner. 2.2 In the event that the Student fails to obtain an appropriate visa to study in the country of the Programme Partner for year two of the Programme and is therefore not able to complete the Programme, they can be considered for an interim qualification from UCL in line with UCL’s academic regulations. 2.3 The Student will be required to enrol with UCL at the beginning of the Programme and remain enrolled with UCL until their successful completion of the Programme. The Student will enrol with the Programme Partner that they have been accepted to during the second year of the Programme in accordance with the standard enrolment procedures of that Programme Partner. 2.4 The regulatory framework of each Academic Party relating to the assessment and examination of students on each Academic Party’s programmes of study, including provisions for academic appeals, academic misconduct and extenuating circumstances (Assessment Regulations), shall apply to the Programme as follows: 2.4.1 The Assessment Regulations of UCL shall apply to all modules delivered by UCL, and the Assessment Regulations of the Programme Partner shall apply to all modules delivered by the Programme Partner as well as the dissertation module (which, however, is subject to UCL’s external examining practices). 2.4.2 The Assessment Regulations of UCL shall apply to the Programme as a whole (including progression from year one to year two, the degree classification and whether or not the Student meets the requirements of the qualification in line with UCL’s academic regulations subject to paragraph 2.4.3 below). UCL may, in accordance with its Assessment Regulations, offer the Student the opportunity to resit failed exams or resubmit failed coursework before they are allowed to progress to their second Programme year at the relevant Programme Partner. UCL will endeavour to schedule and mark the resit exams and/or resubmission coursework before the Student is expected to travel to the Programme Partner to attend year two of the Programme, but the Student acknowledges that this may not always be possible and alternative methods or timings of reassessment may need to be arranged by UCL.

2.3 You shall maintain your Registration at CRA for the whole duration of the Programme at UCL in London, United Kingdom, in accordance with the standard UCL academic calendar Second year of the Programme at the Programme Partner in the location of that Programme Partner, in accordance with the standard academic calendar of that Programme Partner.
2.2 In the event that the Student fails to obtain an appropriate visa to study in the country of the Programme Partner for year two of the Programme and is therefore not able to complete the Programme, they can be considered for an interim qualification from UCL in line with UCL’s academic regulations.
2.3 The Student . You will also be required to enrol Register with UCL at for the beginning purpose of the Programme and remain enrolled with UCL until their successful completion of the Programme. 2.4 The regulatory framework of each Academic Party relating to the assessment and examination of students on each Academic Party’s programmes of studystudents, including provisions for academic appeals, academic misconduct and extenuating circumstances (Assessment Regulations), shall apply as follows to each of the UCL Programme as followsand the CRA Programme respectively:
2.4.1 The Assessment Regulations of UCL shall apply to the UCL Programme and UCL shall undertake all modules delivered by UCL, and assessments for the Assessment Regulations of the Programme Partner shall apply to all modules delivered by the Programme Partner as well as the dissertation module (which, however, is subject to UCL’s external examining practices).UCL Programme;
2.4.2 The Assessment Regulations of UCL CRA shall apply to the CRA Programme as a whole (including progression from year one to year two, and CRA shall undertake all assessments for the degree classification and whether or not the Student meets the requirements CRA Programme.
2.5 Upon successful completion of the qualification in line UCL Programme, you will be awarded the UCL Awarded Degree by UCL and be provided with a transcript and degree certificate for the UCL Programme from UCL’s academic .
2.6 The transfer of credit for completing the UCL Programme and how the UCL Programme counts towards an award from CRA for the purpose of the CRA Programme is governed by the rules, regulations subject to paragraph

2.2 In the event that The UCL awarded degree will be awarded to the Student fails to obtain an appropriate visa to study in the country by UCL upon successful completion of the UCL Programme. Only Students who have passed the UCL Programme Partner for will be allowed to progress to the SORBONNE UNIVERSITÉ/ENS Programme, i.e. the second year two of the Programme and is therefore not able to complete the Dual Degree Programme, they can be considered for an interim qualification from UCL in line with UCL’s academic regulations.
2.3 The Student will be required to enrol with register as a student of UCL at for the beginning first year of the Dual Degree Programme and remain enrolled with (the UCL Programme), until their successful completion of (s)he has been awarded the ProgrammeUCL awarded degree. The Student will enrol with the Programme Partner that they have been accepted be required to during register as a student of SORBONNE UNIVERSITÉ and ENS for the second year of the Dual Degree Programme in accordance (the SORBONNE UNIVERSITÉ/ENS Programme), until (s)he has been awarded the Sorbonne Université awarded degree. The Student will have access to each Academic Party’s applicable facilities and learning resources for the duration of her/his registration with the standard enrolment procedures of that Programme PartnerAcademic Party.
2.4 The regulatory framework of each Academic Party relating to the assessment and examination of students on each Academic Party’s programmes of study, including provisions for academic appeals, academic misconduct and extenuating circumstances (Assessment Regulations), shall apply to the Programme programme as follows:
2.4.1 The Assessment Regulations of UCL shall apply to all modules delivered by UCL, at UCL and to the UCL awarded degree as part of the Dual Degree Programme.
2.4.2 The Assessment Regulations of the Programme Partner SORBONNE UNIVERSITÉ and ENS shall apply to all modules delivered by the Programme Partner as well as the dissertation module (which, however, is subject to UCL’s external examining practices).
2.4.2 The Assessment Regulations of UCL shall apply SORBONNE UNIVERSITÉ and ENS and to the Programme Sorbonne Université awarded degree as a whole (including progression from year one to year two, the degree classification and whether or not the Student meets the requirements part of the qualification in line with UCL’s academic regulations subject to paragraph
2.4.3 below). UCL may, in accordance with its Assessment Regulations, offer the Student the opportunity to resit failed exams or resubmit failed coursework before they are allowed to progress to their second Programme year at the relevant Programme Partner.
