Common use of Programmatic Reporting Clause in Contracts

Programmatic Reporting. The Minot Police Department will be responsible for completing and submitting progress reports as required on a periodic basis. Such reports shall include information relating to officer hiring, training, and school related community policing activities performed by the SRO. This report will be submitted by each SRO to their respective school’s Principal upon request, and annually to the Superintendent of Minot Public Schools.
