13.1 The content and information displayed on Our website and in other promotional material is believed to be valid and correct but mistakes can be made and We are not liable, and You shall not hold Us responsible, for any misinformation or ambiguities in such content.

1. Unless agreed otherwise with Your Partner, Section A of this Agreement does not apply to Participants whose Program has been funded by a Partner.
2. If Your Program has been funded by a Partner, please consult Your Partner to check what has been agreed between your Partner and Us for:
2.1. The application process. Typically, You will be required to complete the video application mentioned in Clause 1.1 of Section A;
2.2. The specific Services included as part of your Program. Typically, Services include the items listed in Clause 2.2 of Section A;
2.3. The nature (full-time or part-time) and the duration of your Placement;
2.4. The applicable Placement criteria (career fields and internship locations) and application timeline; and,
2.5. Changes, extensions or cancellation of your Program, including refund terms.
