Program Supervision. Points will be awarded according to the administrative responsibilities of the program, the scope of the program, the number of assistants and scheduling.
Program Supervision. For any programs for Minors, Licensee will provide on-site adult supervision and Licensee will obtain background checks for all Licensee’s staff as required by law or upon request by Yale. No participant may be under the age of six (6) years without prior approval. On site supervision shall include, at a minimum, having an authorized person over the age of 21 present for the entire event.
Program Supervision. PROBATION’s Director of the Special Supervision Division shall oversee the daily operation and administration of this AGREEMENT pursuant to the terms and conditions contained herein.

Program Supervision. Any issue concerning an apprentice or an apprenticeship matter shall be referred to the JATC for its review, evaluation and resolve. The JATC or its subcommittee, where one exists, shall enforce standards and policies established and approved by the JATC. Any appeal pertaining to any action of the subcommittee, shall be referred to the JATC for review and resolution. Any decision or ruling of the JATC shall be final and binding on the subcommittee. If the JATC cannot resolve an appeal, the matter shall be properly referred to the Residential Labor Management Committee for resolution.
Program Supervision. A. Chief Real Estate Officer shall appoint a CEO Real Estate staff person to oversee the daily operation and administration of the Agreement pursuant to the terms and conditions contained herein.
B. OCCD shall appoint a staff person to oversee the daily operation and administration of the Agreement pursuant to the terms and conditions contained herein.
C. Anytime a invoice is submitted for the Flagpole Improvements, OCCD shall also submit a "Status Report" related to the progress of the Flagpole Improvements.

Retain and supervise technical consultant and facilitation consultant in implementation of the Santa ▇▇▇▇ Plain Groundwater Management Plan that complies with AB 3030 and SB 1938. Act as liaison with Department of Water Resources and provide Program management, and Program coordination.
