Program Structure and Governance. A. Structure: Current health care programs consist of BSN (USD and SDSU) and AS (USD) Nursing Programs, and an AS and a BS (DSU) in Respiratory Care. The programs shall be based in Rapid City, South Dakota, but will adhere to the faculty standards, curricula, philosophy, goals, policies, and other aspects of the programs offered on the SDSU – Brookings, USD – ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, and DSU – Madison campuses to assure National League for Nursing (NLN) accreditation, Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), State Board of Nursing approval, and Commission on Accreditation for Respiratory Care (CoARC). The education shall be comparable in quality to that provided at the home campus, and regular communication between the West River and home campuses is required. B. Governance: The parties agree that the Rapid City based health care programs shall at all times be under the plenary control of the BOR.
