Common use of Program Rules Clause in Contracts

Program Rules. (a) The parties shall comply with the Program Rules that are applicable in respect of the Programs offered by the LDC under a CDM Plan. (b) Program Rules for new Programs may be developed, and existing Program Rules may be amended, in accordance with section 3 of Schedule B. (c) Notwithstanding section 3.1(b), the initial Program Rules will be those made available on the IESO’s website on or about November 1, 2014.
