Client acknowledges that successful implementation of the Early Participation Program is contingent on Client requiring 100% of their schools3 to participate under this Schedule. If, during the term covered by this Schedule, College Board is furnishing other assessments to Client in addition to PSAT 8/9, or if multiple grades are being tested under this Schedule, Client shall receive the fee calculation for testing under this Schedule represents a greater discount as set forth on the Budget Schedule. Client will be charged a fixed fee based on the enrollment as noted above, regardless of how many students actually take the PSAT 8/9 assessment. The enrollment and total cost indicated in the Budget Schedule are estimates; Client will be given an opportunity to adjust and review the enrollment in the fall to determine their final fee.
