The 'Program Phases' clause defines the distinct stages or segments into which a project or program is divided for management and execution purposes. Typically, this clause outlines the sequence of phases, such as planning, development, implementation, and review, and may specify the objectives, deliverables, and timelines associated with each phase. By clearly delineating these phases, the clause helps organize the workflow, set expectations for progress, and facilitate monitoring, thereby ensuring structured project advancement and reducing the risk of miscommunication or missed milestones.
Program Phases. This program covers access to, and security and availability of, GPS military signals and equipment. Acquisition of GPS-PPS user equipment from the U.S. is authorized. The program does not have separate phases. Country X may purchase up to X,XXX units, at an estimated total value of approximately $XXX million.
