Common use of Program Outputs Clause in Contracts

Program Outputs. The outputs of the Community-Based Summer and School-Break Programming – Sector 1 shall be accomplished by the following unit of service description: 6,040 hours, to include, but not be limited to training of agency staff to effectively provide program services, outreach, recruitment of program participants, mentoring, career and youth development, and high other high-yield learning activities at a unit cost of $7.45 per hour per student not to exceed $44,998 The Agency is required to submit, on a monthly and quarterly basis, detailed supporting documentation to include, but not be limited to, services/hours/activities provided that are applicable to the contracted units of service. Information must be provided in an approved Orange County format.
