The use of this Process is strictly prohibited without written authorization from the Citizens’ Commission for Children (CCC) and applies to the agency implementation of a new program(s). Note: Only the Citizens’ Commission for Children (CCC) may initiate and authorize use of this process. The program estimates at least 36 unduplicated clients during the contract yeat through direct services. Direct services are considered to be any unit of service, or part of a unit of service, working directly with, or on behalf of a client that can be legitimately associated with the scope of work.
