Program Outcomes. If the Scope of Work in “Exhibit A” requires the AGENCY to biannually report on Program Outcomes approved by the COUNTY, and if those Program Outcomes are not attained, the AGENCY shall submit a corrective action plan to the COUNTY. The Agency shall be responsible for generating and maintaining adequate and verifiable documentation to support and serve as evidence of its meeting of the Program Outcomes data to the County.
