Program Manual. The Mortgage Lender shall comply with the procedures specified in the Program Manual prepared by the Authority and the Servicer and which may be amended from time to time. The Authority shall communicate changes to the Program Manual to the Mortgage Lender and the Servicer.

Program Manual. Resident is required to be familiar with and abide by the policies, procedures and terms of the applicable Program Manual, which is available from Resident's Program Director.
Program Manual. Franchisee acknowledges that it is necessary for Franchisee to observe certain minimum requirements intended to preserve the integrity of all transactions in connection with the Programs. Therefore, Franchisee agrees to observe all applicable requirements contained in this Agreement and in the Program Manual. Franchisee further agrees that the Program Manual may be amended by Snap-on Credit from time to time in Snap-on Credit's sole and absolute discretion, and that Franchisee will continue to observe applicable requirements contained in the Program Manual as amended from time to time, from the effective date of each such amendment. Snap-on Credit may make any such amendment by delivering a copy to Franchisee by electronic delivery, by first class U.S. mail at the then current address of Franchisee as reflected in the records of Snap-on, or as otherwise set forth in the Program Manual. Unless otherwise provided in this Agreement, any amendment to the Program Manual shall be effective on the date indicated thereon, which shall not be less than two (2) business days after the date of electronic delivery or mailing or, if no effective date is indicated, on the fourth (4th) business day after the date of electronic delivery or mailing.
Program Manual. This MOA shall be based on activities delineated in the SRAP Program Manual dated August 1, 2018, a copy of which is incorporated by reference as Attachment B. Any subsequent modifications or amendments to the SRAP Program Manual shall be immediately incorporated into and enforceable under the terms of this MOA.
Program Manual. 1. The Borrower shall prepare and adopt, in form and substance satisfactory to the Bank, a Program Manual, containing detailed guidelines and procedures for: procurement and financial management processes and technical specifications for ICPS; roles and responsibilities of MDAs participating in Program implementation; the Verification Protocol and related arrangements; and such other arrangements and procedures as shall be required for the effective implementation of the Program.
Program Manual. 2.1 EHP will maintain the eMOLST application in accordance with the standards set forth in the Program Manual which is incorporated into and made a part of this Agreement.
Program Manual. FMC has collaborated with XXXX to draft and deliver to the Program Lender the Program Manual, which has been reviewed and approved by the Program Lender. Such Program Manual may not be modified in any Lender-related manner during the term of this Agreement without the prior written consent of the Program Lender, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. Lender-related modifications to the Program Manual shall mean any change to Bank of America DTC loan terms, borrower eligibility, or any other change that would affect Program Lender’s rights, obligations, responsibilities, or costs.
