Plan Submission. Upon completion of construction of the Facility, or each seg- ment thereof, the Company shall provide as-built plans to the City in an electronic for- mat compatible with the City’s Geographic Information System.
Plan Submission. The District may require the submission of a plan to remedy the deficiency. Upon the written request of the District, the School shall develop a plan to remedy the failure or deficiency and submit it to the District for review and comment. The plan may be revised at the discretion of the School. The District may require the School to review and revise the plan if it reasonably determines that the plan is not effective in remedying the deficiency. This remedy may be applied if the School fails (a) to make progress toward achieving its goals and objectives as described in this Contract after a reasonable period of time, (b) to achieve District accreditation requirements, (c) to implement its educational program as described in this Contract after a reasonable period of time, or (d) fails to complete two or more required reports by the established deadlines.

Plan Submission. 2.3.1.1 After the Preliminary Plat has been approved the developer shall submit eight copies of the Construction Plans, an electronic copy as required by the Town, together with applicable fees, to Town Hall. All plans must be drawn to a scale of not less than one inch equals one hundred feet (1” = 100’).
