Program Manager's Compensation Sample Clauses

Program Manager's Compensation. A. Company will pay the Manager as full compensation for all of its duties and responsibilities under this Agreement the amounts set forth in Endorsement E attached hereto. B. No fees will be allowed to be charged or collected, unless allowed by the Insurance Department of the state in which the risk is located. Any fees collected as installment fees, cancellation, reinstatement, or any other fee related to administration of policies, shall be retained by the Manager. Such fees shall be disclosed to the Company in the manner provided for in this Agreement and the incorporated Endorsements.
