Common use of Program Managers Clause in Contracts

Program Managers. Each Party shall appoint a person (a “Program Manager”) for each Program to coordinate its part of the activities under such Program. The Program Managers shall be the primary contacts between the Parties with respect to all research and development activities performed under the relevant Program. Either Party may change its Program Manager upon written notice to the other Party. A Program manager may be a member of the Steering Committee.

Each Party shall appoint one (1) person to serve as a person Program Manager (each, a “Program Manager”) with responsibility for each Program to coordinate its part overseeing the day-to-day activities of the activities under such Parties with respect to the Program and for being the primary point of contact between the Parties with respect to the Program. The Program Managers shall be the primary contacts between the Parties with respect to all research and development report their activities performed under the relevant Program. Either Party may change its Program Manager upon written notice to the other Party. A Program manager may be a member of the Joint Steering Committee. The Program Managers shall be responsible for calling meetings, sending notices of meetings and preparing the agenda for such meetings.

The Program Managers shall be day program execution and being the primary contacts point of contact between the Parties with respect to all research and development activities performed under the relevant Program.
