Program Logic. The M&E Plan will be built on a logic model which illustrates how the Program, Projects and Project activities contribute to poverty reduction and economic growth in Burkina Faso. The logic model below provides a visual representation of each Project’s activities and the channels through which the activities lead to higher level outcomes and objectives.
