PROGRAM FEE STRUCTURE. The fee structure implements the provisions of the JWOD Act and 41 C.F.R. § 51 by defining a more transparent process for the delivery of CNA services to the qualified NPAs. The flexibility in the fee structure is intended for the CNA to generate revenue within their approved business plan, to incentivize the expansion of employment opportunities and to assist in start-ups. All fees collected under this Cooperative Agreement are considered Program Fee. Use of Fee Collected. The CNA shall use the Program Fee collected only for the intended purposes, under terms and conditions of this Agreement, and in furtherance of the AbilityOne Program, unless otherwise expressly instructed in this Agreement or by the Commission.

  • Program Fees Stripe will provide the Issuing Platform Services to you and the Stripe Issuing Services to Stripe Issuing Accountholders at the rates and for the fees described on the Stripe Pricing Page, unless you and Stripe otherwise agree in writing. In addition to the fees, you are also responsible for any penalties imposed on you or Stripe in relation to your use of the Issuing Platform Services. Fees and penalties may include periodic fees, foreign transaction fees, penalties for misuse, funds transfer fees, account maintenance fees, Card issuance or replacement fees, and penalties for late or failed payments.   • Program Evaluation The School District and the College will develop a plan for the evaluation of the Dual Credit program to be completed each year. The evaluation will include, but is not limited to, disaggregated attendance and retention rates, GPA of high-school-credit-only courses and college courses, satisfactory progress in college courses, state assessment results, SAT/ACT, as applicable, TSIA readiness by grade level, and adequate progress toward the college-readiness of the students in the program. The School District commits to collecting longitudinal data as specified by the College, and making data and performance outcomes available to the College upon request. HB 1638 and SACSCOC require the collection of data points to be longitudinally captured by the School District, in collaboration with the College, will include, at minimum: student enrollment, GPA, retention, persistence, completion, transfer and scholarships. School District will provide parent contact and demographic information to the College upon request for targeted marketing of degree completion or workforce development information to parents of Students. School District agrees to obtain valid FERPA releases drafted to support the supply of such data if deemed required by counsel to either School District or the College. The College conducts and reports regular and ongoing evaluations of the Dual Credit program effectiveness and uses the results for continuous improvement.

  • Program Narrative All restricted xxxxxx courses which are taught for the purpose of qualifying an individual for restricted xxxxxx license to practice barbering shall consist of a minimum of 1200 hours of training to prepare each restricted xxxxxx to service their communities.

  • Program Changes Contractor agrees to inform the County of any alteration in program or service delivery at least thirty (30) days prior to the implementation of the change, or as soon as reasonably feasible.

  • Enhancement Budget Enhancements refer to additional functionality and deliverables unknown to the Authorized User at the time of Mini-Bid release. An Authorized User is permitted to include an enhancement budget, as included in the Mini-Bid (up to 10%). The total cost of the project including the enhancement budget shall not exceed the Lot threshold from which the award was made. An Authorized User shall use Appendix F, Attachment 3, Enhancement Request Template to reflect such modifications. Mini-Bid/Statement of Work documents will define specific criteria and method of reimbursement for the enhancement budget. Written approval of the Enhancement Budget Request is required from both the Authorized User and the Contractor.

  • Program Budget A) Contractor will expend funds received for operation of its program and services according to Contractor’s annual operating budget. The portions of said budget, which reflect services performed or money paid to Contractor pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to the approval of the Human Services Agency. B) In the event Contractor determines a reasonable business necessity to transfer funding between personnel and operating expenses specified in the budget submitted to the Human Services Agency the following will apply: 1. Contractor will notify the Human Services Agency of transfers that in the aggregate are between ten percent (10%) and twenty percent (20%) of the maximum contract amount. 2. Contractor will further notify the Human Services Agency of transfers that in the aggregate equal or exceed twenty percent (20%) of the maximum contract amount. In the event the Director of the Human Services Agency or her designee determines said transfer of twenty percent (20%) or more is inconsistent with the goals and objectives of the County Alcohol and Drug Services, she may require a re-negotiation of the Agreement.

  • Program Overview A. Goals of the Choice Neighborhoods Program. The Choice Neighborhoods Program employs a comprehensive approach to neighborhood transformation. The program transforms neighborhoods of concentrated poverty into mixed-income neighborhoods of long-term viability by revitalizing severely distressed public and/or assisted housing; improving access to economic opportunities; and investing and leveraging investments in well-functioning services, effective schools and education programs, public assets, public transportation, and improved access to jobs. Choice Neighborhoods ensures that current residents benefit from this transformation by preserving affordable housing in the neighborhood or providing the choice to move to affordable housing in another neighborhood of opportunity. The purpose of this grant is to implement a Transformation Plan that has been developed through a local planning process and furthers the goals of the Choice Neighborhoods Program. The core goals of Choice Neighborhoods are:
