Common use of Program Enrollment Clause in Contracts

Program Enrollment. ‌ Factors that influence programs and class sizes include but are not limited to available space, budget constraints, fluctuating student schedules from school origin, transportation schedules, difficulty in balancing morning and afternoon schedules and changing program demands. The Skills Center Administration and the certificated teacher will work collaboratively as a learning organization on the following goals: 1. Provide program support and funding consistent with enrollment 2. Provide reasonable balance in class sizes between morning and afternoon sessions 3. Analyze and balance class sizes in a timely manner to the extent possible during the first month of school 4. Address at monthly AFT/Admin meetings throughout the school year to review specific program/class size issues and seek workable solutions until resolved if needed. 5. Respect the workload demands placed on staff and provide reasonable support staff.
