Common use of Program Director Clause in Contracts

Program Director. In addition to the requirements of OAR Chapter 411 Division 054 rules, Contractor shall provide 1 FTE Program Director position, who is On-Site a minimum of 5 days per week. Staff in this position will oversee training requirements noted in Section 17. of this Contract. Program Director must have experience with operational aspects of running a residential program for Individuals in the target population supervising direct care staff and understand quality assurance procedures. Duties include program audits to ensure adherence to state licensing and regulatory requirements, involvement in implementation of policy revisions and training of facility staff.
