Program Deposits. (a) The Triggering Event for a Regular Program Deposit is a net change in your Root Account balance that causes it to exceed the Sweep Threshold. After posting all your Root Account activity for a Business Day, we will determine whether your Root Account balance exceeds the Sweep Threshold. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, if such a Triggering Event occurs, we will transfer the excess amount to the Deposit Accounts at ICS Settlement on the next Business Day. (b) The Triggering Event for a Same-Day Program Deposit is a Same-Day Program Deposit request by you that we receive and accept before the Same-Day Deposit Cutoff Time on a Business Day. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, if such a Triggering Event occurs, we will transfer the requested amount to the Deposit Accounts at ICS Settlement later on the same Business Day. (c) If a Triggering Event for a Program Deposit occurs, we may debit the Root Account and credit a holding account before the transfer of funds to the Deposit Accounts occurs at ICS Settlement.
