Program Coverage. Insurance programs of the Authority may provide coverage, including excess insurance coverage for: (1) Workers' compensation; (2) Comprehensive liability, including but not limited to general, personal injury, contractual, public officials errors and omissions, and incidental malpractice liability; (3) Comprehensive automobile liability; (4) Hospital malpractice liability; (5) Property and related programs; and may provide any other coverages authorized by the Board of Directors. The Board shall determine, for each such program, a minimum number of participants required for program implementation and may develop specific program coverages requiring detailed agreements for implementation of the above programs.
