Common use of Program Coordinator/Instructor Workload Reduction Clause in Contracts

Program Coordinator/Instructor Workload Reduction. Refer to Appendix 3, Program Coordination. (a) Release time for each Program Coordinator/Instructor shall be determined and approved no later than April 30th of each year. Release time shall be based on a rolling average of the College's prior two (2) year's official base-funded FTEs per program. Consideration shall also be given to including additional FTEs in the calculation based on new base-funded certificate and/or diploma programs being offered in the forthcoming academic year.
