Program Contingency Sample Clauses

The Program Contingency clause establishes a reserve of funds or resources set aside to address unforeseen events or risks that may arise during the execution of a project or program. In practice, this clause allows for the allocation of a specific budget or time buffer that can be accessed if unexpected costs, delays, or issues occur, such as supply chain disruptions or regulatory changes. Its core function is to provide flexibility and financial security, ensuring that the project can continue smoothly despite uncertainties and minimizing the impact of unplanned events.
