Program Completion Clause Samples
The Program Completion clause defines the requirements and conditions under which a project or program is considered fully finished according to the contract. It typically outlines the criteria that must be met, such as the delivery of all agreed-upon deliverables, completion of final inspections, or obtaining necessary approvals or certifications. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear understanding of when obligations are fulfilled, thereby preventing disputes over whether the work has been satisfactorily completed and allowing for the formal closeout of the project.
Program Completion. Students must complete the nursing program within nine (9) quarters from their original start date of Quarter One (excluding summer quarter).
Program Completion. DISTRICT shall have the right to approve the graduation of apprentices from the Program and may review academic records of apprentices enrolled in the Program in addition to the RSI Attendance Records for purposes of determining apprentices’ completion of required coursework/training for graduation from the Program (“Program Completion Records”). DISTRICT may request such Program Completion Documents from PROGRAM SPONSOR from time-to-time during the Term of this Agreement. DISTRICT shall maintain Program Completion Records for no less than 5 years.
Program Completion. The effect of any leave granted by Hospital on the Fellow’s reappointment or completion of the Program will be determined in accordance with the Handbook. Leaves of absence should be coordinated with the Program Director in order to ensure completion of program requirements. Extended leaves of absence may require an adjustment or extension of the Program.

Program Completion. If a Corrosion Control Technologist Trainee fails to pass their post secondary training in any one year of their apprenticeship, the Company will provide one additional leave of absence up to six (6) weeks, without pay to attend the next available training session and examination, or longer if required.
Program Completion. For each program, Contractor criteria shall be for successful completion of the program. The criteria must be based on an offender acquiring pro-social behaviors, attitudes, and beliefs while in the program and not engaging in behavior that jeopardizes the safety of staff and other offenders. Offenders who meet these targets will be considered to have successfully completed the program. Successful offender program completion shall not be based solely on length of time in the program. A certificate of completion must be issued to each offender completing a specific treatment/programming curriculum and to each offender completing the overall treatment program offered at the Facility. The certificate must reflect the name of the curriculum or program, the offender’s name, the offender’s State identification number, and the number of hours completed in the course.
Program Completion. The AGENCY shall inform the SBBC of a student’s program completion date a minimum of 30 days prior to dismissal to ensure the completion of the educational transition process.
Program Completion. 18.1 Upon completion of the Agreement activities, any Agreement funds not expended shall be retained by the County for reallocation as defined by the Maricopa HOME Consortium Policies and Procedures.
18.2 The disposition of any property purchased during the term of this Agreement shall follow Section 1 (General Provisions), Paragraph 47.0 (Property).
18.3 The City shall continue to be responsible for compliance activities until all HOME Program requirements and contractual obligations are met, including affordability restrictions. The City’s obligations shall not end until all close-out requirements are completed. The County will notify the City in writing that a Completion Report is due to the County within sixty (60) days after one of the following occurrences:
18.3.1 Funds have been expended for the activity;
18.3.2 The Work Statement has been completed;
18.3.3 This Agreement has expired; or
18.3.4 The Agreement has otherwise been terminated.
18.4 Following the receipt and approval of the Completion Report for each activity, the County will notify the City in writing that each activity is closed. In compliance with 24 C.F.R. § 92.502(d), all Project completion data shall be entered into IDIS by the County within 120 days after the final drawdown. Project completion means Projects have all necessary title transfer and construction work completed, Projects comply with HOME requirements including property standards set forth at 24 C.F.R. § 92.251, the final draw has been disbursed, and the projection completion data has been entered into IDIS.
18.5 For the purposes of a rental Project, the following shall apply:
18.5.1 The Project shall be completed when the site receives a Certificate of Occupancy;
18.5.2 It is not required for a beneficiary to be identified for the Project to be considered complete. Vacant rental units may be marked as vacant when completion data is entered into IDIS.
18.5.3 If any rental unit remains unoccupied six (6) months after the date of Project completion, the City must provide the County information about marketing efforts to place occupants in the unit and, if appropriate, an enhanced plan for marketing the unit so that it is leased as quickly as possible.
18.5.4 Within eighteen (18) months after the date of Project completion, if efforts to market the unit are unsuccessful and the unit is not occupied by an eligible beneficiary (or beneficiaries), the City shall be required to repay all HOME funds invested in the unit.
Program Completion. Upon satisfactory completion of apprenticeship, the JATC shall provide the apprentice with a diploma from the NJATC. The JATC shall encourage the apprentice to seek college credit through the NJATC. The JATC may also require the apprentice to acquire any appropriate license required for installer/technicians to work in the jurisdiction covered by this agreement.
Program Completion. The College shall make every attempt to accommodate student demands for courses required for graduation through improved coordination of day, evening and/or Saturday offerings or by allowing comparable course substitutions if necessary. No programs of study will be terminated unless those students registered in a program can be accommodated in a comparable program within the campus attended or through transfer to a comparable program at another campus.
