Program Communications. 4.1. Canada, Nova Scotia and the Municipality may include messaging in their own communications products and activities with regard to the CCBF. 4.2. The party undertaking these activities will recognize the funding of all contributors. 4.3. Canada, Nova Scotia and the Municipality agree that they will not unreasonably restrict the other parties from using, for their own purposes, public communications products related to the CCBF prepared by Canada, Nova Scotia or the Municipality, or, if web- based, from linking to it. 4.4. Notwithstanding Section 3 of this schedule, Canada retains the right to meet its obligations to communicate to Canadians about the CCBF and the use of funding.
