Program Changes or Closures Sample Clauses

The 'Program Changes or Closures' clause defines the rights and procedures for modifying, suspending, or discontinuing a program. Typically, it outlines the circumstances under which a program may be altered or ended, such as changes in funding, regulatory requirements, or organizational priorities, and may specify notice requirements or obligations to affected parties. This clause ensures that all stakeholders are aware of the possibility of program adjustments and provides a clear process for managing such changes, thereby reducing uncertainty and potential disputes.
