Program Assessment Clause Samples

The Program Assessment clause establishes the right or obligation for one or both parties to periodically review and evaluate the effectiveness, progress, or compliance of a specific program or project under the agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the frequency and scope of assessments, such as annual reviews, performance metrics, or compliance checks, and may specify who conducts the assessment and how results are reported. Its core practical function is to ensure ongoing oversight and accountability, allowing parties to identify issues early, make informed adjustments, and ensure that the program meets its intended objectives.
