Common use of Program Application Clause in Contracts

Program Application. a. A Vendor application shall be required for participation in the WIC Program from: (1) A new owner of the Vendor’s business who wishes to participate as a WIC Vendor; (2) A Vendor who is disqualified after the Vendor’s period of disqualification has expired; (3) A current WIC Vendor in good standing wishing to continue as a WIC Vendor after expiration of its current Agreement.
