Common use of Profiles Clause in Contracts

Profiles. 45.1. We may, from time to time, create Profiles by using Personal Information provided by You and/or obtained from publicly available sources. Profiles are identified and created by the Software as a means to enhance the knowledge engine results made accessible through the Service and to link You to the Platform. 45.2. The Intellectual Property in any Profiles created by the Software and any Intellectual Property in any Profiles shall be Our sole property, and You agree that same vests automatically in Our name and to the extent this is not the case by operation of law, You hereby assign to Us any rights or title thereto, to the extent permissible under any Applicable Law. To the extent this is not permissible under any Applicable Law, You hereby grant Us a non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free, sub-licensable, worldwide license thereto.
