Proficiency Ratings. Subsection 1 Service ratings for probationary employees shall be submitted at least twice during the probationary period, but at least one shall be completed and submitted prior to the end of the fifth month. In addition, there shall be an evaluation at the end of twelve (12) months for those with 12-month probation.
