Common use of PROFESSIONAL’S RESPONSIBILITIES Clause in Contracts

PROFESSIONAL’S RESPONSIBILITIES. A/E shall be responsible for the accuracy of its Professional Services and shall promptly make necessary revisions or corrections to its Work Product resulting from errors, omissions, or negligent acts, and same shall be done without compensation. County shall determine A/E’s responsibilities for all questions arising from design errors and/or omissions, subject to the dispute resolution provisions of Article 31. A/E shall not be relieved of responsibility for subsequent correction of any such errors or omissions in its work product, or for clarification of any ambiguities until after the construction phase of the Project has been completed.
