Professionalism. Personal integrity, which includes strict avoidance of substance abuse, theft, lying, cheating, and unexplained absences. Unauthorized use of MRMC equipment and personnel for other than educational, professional, and patient care use is prohibited. Failure to follow this standard will be grounds for probation, suspension or dismissal pending the egregious nature of the offense.
