Common use of Professional Services Clause in Contracts

Professional Services. Microsoft warrants that it will perform Professional Services with the applicable professional standard of care and skill in the industry. If Microsoft fails to do so, and Customer notifies Microsoft within 90 days from the completion of the work giving rise to the warranty claim, then Microsoft will, at its discretion, either re-perform the Professional Services or return the amount Customer paid for them.
