Common use of Professional Services Clause in Contracts

Professional Services. The term PROFESSIONAL SERVICES refers to all of the services, work, materials and related professional, technical and administrative activities to be provided and performed by the CONSULTANT and its employees, including all sub-consultants and subcontractors engaged by the CONSULTANT, to complete the services required pursuant to the covenants, terms and provisions of this Agreement.
