Common use of Professional Services; Training Services Clause in Contracts

Professional Services; Training Services. Customer and XIX may enter into Statements of Work that describe the specific Professional Services to be performed by XIX. XIX shall provide any Training Services in accordance with XIX’s then-current Training Services terms. If applicable, while on Customer premises for Professional Services or Training Services, XIX personnel shall comply with reasonable Customer rules and regulations regarding safety, security, and conduct made known to XIX, and will at Customer’s request promptly remove from the project any XIX personnel not following such rules and regulations.
