Professional Services specifically for training. (1) If training reschedule requests are received at least thirty (30) business days prior to Scheduled Date, Customer’s trainees can be rescheduled for an available seat in a comparable program either in person or virtually. DI cannot guarantee seat availability for training in the original site for which Customer’s trainee had been scheduled. (2) Reschedule requests or cancellations by Customer made less than thirty (30) business days prior to the Schedule Date, or no shows, are subject to a rescheduling fee up to the full price of the training seat.
