Professional Services Generally. Unless otherwise indicated below, fees for Tyler services are invoiced as delivered.
Professional Services Generally. Any Professional Services to be provided under this Agreement will be subject to separate Statements of Work.
Professional Services Generally. MM shall use commercially reasonable efforts to provide certain Professional Services related to Customer’s use of the MM Services as indicated on an SOW. Excluding those agreed between the parties in the SOW or a separate statement of work, MM will have no obligation to provide or perform such services for or on behalf of Customer.
Professional Services Generally. CAD COW is not a party to any agreement for Professional Services between the User and any other user with respect to any actual or potential Engagement. CAD COW makes no representation whatsoever that any user’s request for an Engagement will be accepted by any Professional nor that any user will receive any request for an Engagement. The User is responsible for conducting any Engagement in a reasonable and respectful manner. CAD COW has no control, direction or supervision over any request or provision of Professional Services. Further, CAD COW takes no responsibility whatsoever for the Professional Services performed or not performed. CAD COW is not responsible for the suitability, quality, reliability, timeliness, or accuracy of any Engagements requested or delivered by users through the Platform. CAD COW is not responsible for the conduct of the User nor any other user. Upon an Engagement, Professional Services are expected to be provided on an ‘as-needed’ basis. CAD COW makes no guarantee or representations whatsoever as to the amount or duration or timeliness of Professional Services that will be provided by a Professional. The User will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
