Professional Growth & Development Project. Each Professional Growth & Development Project must consist of activities judged by the PG&D Committee to be the equivalent of eight (8) semester units of academic work from an accredited institution, based on one unit = 48 hours. The project must meet the guidelines in this article as well as the specific guidelines supplied by the Committee prior to application.
