Common use of PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER CERTIFICATION Clause in Contracts

PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER CERTIFICATION. By signing and sealing this “Interconnection Agreement” below, Engineer hereby certifies, that to the best of Engineer’s knowledge, all of the requirements in section #5 of the “Interconnection Standard”, hereto attached and made a part hereof, have been met. The Generator will comply with the “Interconnection Standard”, and that the Engineer has reviewed this Agreement.

PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER CERTIFICATION. The Generator , and the generator will comply with the “Interconnection Standard”, and that the Engineer has reviewed this Agreementthese standards.
