Professional Development Allocation. The Board will receive in 2008-2009, a one time allocation for professional development and training for support workers. The proportionate share of money for the bargaining unit as provided by the Ministry of Education will be turned over to the bargaining unit no later that December 31, 2008. The total amount based on the agreed FTE of 631.5 as per the 2006-07 Financial Statements is $168,894. The funds will be used by the bargaining unit to support the professional development of bargaining unit members.
