The Coach Consultant agrees not to modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed off or downloaded in any way, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text. The Coach Consultant agrees not to remove or cover any of the Fit Minds Cognitive Health Products Inc. trademarks, logos, designs, slogans, artwork, or notices from any of our products or packaging. The Coach Consultant agrees not to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the product or programs or encourage or assist third parties in doing so. The Coach Consultant agrees not to attempt to derive the source code of the program software. The Coach Consultant will provide home office with, at minimum, two weeks’ notice should they decide to discontinue coaching a client they have previously committed to working with.
