Production Reporting Sample Clauses
Production Reporting. With effect from the Commencement Date of the Initial Cycle (as set out in the Commercial Terms), the Consultant will provide Sensis with a daily report setting out the status of the data being prepared by the Consultant. The form of the report will be as agreed between Sensis and the Consultant from time to time. The report may be produced manually, or via an automated system.
Production Reporting. STML will provide EnCana, in writing or by electronic mail, with respect to its ▇▇▇▇▇ in the North Block producing from zones outside the Assigned Interval: (i) on a monthly basis, information on such ▇▇▇▇▇’ production; and (ii) notification that any such well has ceased producing within two weeks of such cessation. EnCana will provide STML, in writing or by electronic mail, with respect to EnCana’s ▇▇▇▇▇ in the North Block producing from zones inside the Assigned Interval notification that any such well has ceased producing within two weeks of such cessation.
Production Reporting. If the actual Closing Date for the sale of the Properties is not on the last day of the month in which Closing occurs, the party required by relevant state and governmental agencies and authorities shall file all necessary production and regulatory reports with the necessary state and governmental agencies and authorities for the month of Closing and for all subsequent months. The other party shall provide at cost its reasonable assistance as necessary to complete such filings within the period of time prescribed by law or regulation.
