The Production Documentation clause outlines the requirements for creating, maintaining, and providing records related to the production process of goods or services. Production Documentation. Production orders and Certification Logs shall document the as-built configuration. These logs shall be available on-site for DigitalGlobe review.
Production Documentation. The Customer shall provide Production Documentation in the manner specifi- cally agreed upon in the Customer Assignment and other documentation pro- vided by Postnord Strålfors. The Customer shall further ensure that the Pro- duction Documentation is complete and accurate and is provided at the agreed time. The Customer shall be responsible and bear the risk for ensuring that the Production Documentation reaches Postnord Strålfors. In the event the Production Documentation is incomplete or inaccurate to the extent that Postnord Strålfors deems that production is not possible, Postnord Strålfors shall contact the Customer in order to allow the Customer to supple- ment the documentation or submit new documentation.
Production Documentation. All production documentation requirements and procedures are to remain the same unless and until requested changes are mutually agreed upon.
Production Documentation. 4.1. The supplier shall request from R&M in a timely manner the information and documents which are required to deliver the contractual services and products and shall review them immediately after receipt for completeness and correct- ness. The supplier shall verify or check all the information made available in the documents provided by R&M, insofar as it concerns products and services delivered by the supplier. The supplier must immediately notify R&M of any discrepancies. The production tolerances agreed on the basis of specified measure shall be mutually agreed with R&M. The supplier shall bear all the negative consequences affecting R&M and himself in the event of failure to fulfil these obligations.
4.2. R&M shall retain legal title to all drawings, calculations, certificates and all other project-related document delivered to the supplier. The supplier shall use them only for confirmed contractual purposes and is not entitled to release them publicly or otherwise make them available to any third party or parties without the previous consent of R&M. The supplier shall not publish details of its contractual scope or of any part of the project without the prior consent of R&M. The supplier undertakes not to disclose to any third party or parties the business secrets and/or confidential information that he might acquire relating to the supplier agreement.
4.3. The supplier shall produce, without further charge, all the calculations and completion plans required for its services, insofar as R&M does not supply such items, and shall make them available for use by R&M in a timely manner and without being asked to do so, in such a way that gives R&M reasonable time to verify them and carry out possible corrections without any delay to construction work carried out by the supplier. The term “reasonable time” normally refers to a period of three weeks. If the supplier fails to meet this deadline, and the late issue of approval of calculations and completion plans leads to delays, the supplier cannot allege that he has been impeded in the discharge of its R&M Supply T&Cs China duties. The supplier shall continue to be responsible and liable, even after submission to R&M, for the completeness and accuracy of the project-related documents that the supplier procures or draws up.

Production Documentation. The Customer shall provide Production Documentation as agreed in the Customer Assignment and in accordance with the other documentation provided by PostNord Strålfors. The Customer shall be responsible for the timely delivery of the Production Documentation, as well as for that it is complete and accurate. The Customer shall also be responsible for ensuring that the Production Documentation reaches PostNord Strålfors. The Customer shall ensure that the Production Documentation does not violate, in any way, applicable laws, statutory instruments, and regulations of public authorities, or contain data which may damage PostNord Strålfors’ equipment or software or may cause PostNord Strålfors to incur loss in any other way. PostNord Strålfors shall have no liability whatsoever for delays or errors which may arise due to the Customer’s failure to fulfil the foregoing requirement or because the Customer has otherwise submitted the Production Documentation erroneously or late. Where the Production Documentation is so incomplete or erroneous that PostNord Strålfors is of the opinion that production is not possible, PostNord Strålfors shall contact the Customer to give it the opportunity to supplement the Production Documentation or submit new Production Documentation. The Customer shall compensate PostNord Strålfors for time spent which is a result of incomplete, erroneous, or late Production Documentation at hourly rates in accordance with PostNord Strålfors’ price appendix applicable from time to time.
