Production definitively discontinued. If the holder of the approval completely ceases to manufacture an IWVTA type approved in accordance with this Regulation, they shall inform the approval authority, which granted the approval. Upon receiving the relevant communication, that approval authority shall inform the Contracting Parties applying this Regulation by means of a communication form conforming to the example in Annex 1 using the secure internet database in accordance with Schedule 5 of the 1958 Agreement, Revision 3.
