Production Codes; Records. For the period set forth in Section 6.9, Sharp shall maintain detailed records on Packaging Material usage and Packaged Product production, including code dates and shipping information relating to the Packaged Products, so that the Packaged Products can be traced in case of a recall. ▇▇▇▇▇'▇ Packaged Product records shall be sufficient such that Sharp shall be capable of responding to Packaged Product inquiries by Manufacturer within twenty-four (24) hours of notification, including providing the code date and the location of the Packaged Products in question.
