Production Acceptance Testing Clause Samples
The Production Acceptance Testing clause defines the process and criteria for evaluating whether a product or system meets the agreed-upon requirements before it is officially accepted by the client or end user. Typically, this involves a series of tests conducted in a production-like environment to verify functionality, performance, and reliability, with both parties often participating in or reviewing the results. The core purpose of this clause is to ensure that the delivered product is fit for use and meets contractual standards, thereby reducing the risk of defects or failures after deployment.
