Product Specification. The Products to be supplied under this Agreement shall meet the quality requirements and specifications as agreed to by the Parties as set forth in Exhibit B (the “Product Specifications”) to this Agreement. Seller shall maintain, in accordance with Seller’s standard procedures, accurate records and data for any quality testing done by or for Seller of any Products purchased by Buyer hereunder and shall make such records and test data available to Buyer upon reasonable request.
