PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT AND PROTOTYPE PHASE. The terms and conditions set forth in this Section A, Product Development and Prototype Phase, as well as the terms and conditions set for in Section C, Standard Terms and Conditions, shall be applicable to this portion of the Agreement.
