Common use of Product Certification Clause in Contracts

Product Certification. Each Party certifies that none of the Products covered by this Agreement were derived from crude petroleum, petrochemical, or gas which was produced or withdrawn from storage in violation of any federal, state or other governmental law, nor in violation of any rule, regulation or promulgated by any governmental agency having jurisdiction in the premises.
